• Invoices are payable by the due date stated; late payments may pause work or incur charges;
• Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law;
• Changes to agreed scope may affect timelines and fees and will be confirmed before additional work begins.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, video, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sort Marketing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement transfers as set out in the applicable agreement, typically upon full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
